Dog Training · Athens
We don’t teach a dogsimply to obey.
We teach two different worlds to communicate. Through observation, time and training that sees the whole dog.
The three dimensions of training
A dog is not a behaviour that needs to be corrected.
Training is the cultivation of physical, emotional and mental balance. When all three are addressed together, communication is no longer based on control.
Body
Health & natural needs
Movement, nutrition, rest and a body that can exist without constant tension. Behaviour always begins with the dog’s physical condition.
Emotion
Safety & trust
We do not ask obedience of a dog who is afraid or does not understand. We build the ground on which the relationship can become clear and stable.
Cognition
Perception & choice
We cultivate the dog’s ability to observe, process and choose. Knowledge is not imposed; it develops within the relationship.
Our Position
“The trainer is not the authority who imposes rules. He is the person who helps you become the authority on your own dog’s behaviour and psychology.”
We do not offer an instruction manual. We observe the individual dog, the individual person and the life they share. The method adapts to the relationship — never the other way around.
Where We Begin
Every relationship has its own starting point.
There are no ready-made programmes for everyone. There is assessment, clear direction and work that can continue in real life.

The experience behind Dog’s Mind
From journalism to observing the dog.
Christos Koutsis’s journey did not begin with a technique. It began with the need to understand what lies behind behaviour.
With a professional career in training since 2005, experience across every form of dog training and hundreds of collaborations, he created Dog’s Mind to return to what matters: the dog before labels, theories and quick fixes.
Dog’s Mind
Before you ask your dog to listen to you, learn to listen to your dog.
Training begins with observation. The relationship changes when understanding becomes action.
